Gratitude can change your life.
With all the craziness going on in life now, who out there feels lost and that you are sinking into the Twilight Zone? How many have seen and laughed at the often shared bingo card memes of what 2020 will bring next? Murder hornets, giant alligators, and other quite fantastical items that we never thought we’d see? It’s quite easy to get completely absorbed into the negative spiral. Gone are the cute baby and animal postings and instead there is a wealth of frightful posts drawing the reader into a path of despair.
How do we escape from this path? Many have quite possibly heard of the Law of Attraction. There are countless books out there discussing what the Law of Attraction is and how it works. In a nutshell, what you put out into the world is what you attract back. Well, this has certainly been proven true in my personal experience. I’m reminded of the children’s book “Alexander and the Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day.” I know I can relate to this type of day and I’m quite certain many others can as well. Start the day with one thing going wrong and the rest of the day spirals out of control.
Yes, it is in our power to stop the spiral. Why is it so much easier to get into a negative spiral than a positive spiral? I’m not really sure I have the answer to that. But that’s what this site is all about, it’s getting out of that negative spiral and changing your output to improve your input.
